What We Encourage

  Respect and Courtesy: Treat all users, companies, and individuals with respect. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks, insults, or inflammatory language are not.

  Constructive Feedback: Provide specific, helpful details that can genuinely assist other job seekers in their decisions and companies in improving their processes.

  Anonymity Respect: Do not attempt to deanonymize other users or reveal any personal information that could identify an individual (including yourself, if you wish to remain anonymous).

  False or Misleading Information: Do not post fabricated reviews, impersonate others, or knowingly spread misinformation.

  Hate Speech, Harassment, or Threats: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes like race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age is strictly prohibited.

  Inappropriate Language or Content: Avoid obscenities, profanity, sexually explicit material, or any content that could be reasonably considered offensive or vulgar.

  Spam and Advertising: Unsolicited promotions, commercial advertisements, affiliate links, or any form of spam are not permitted. This includes irrelevant content or repetitive posting.

  Intellectual Property Violations: Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others.

  Privacy Violations: Do not share private or personally identifiable information about others without their explicit consent. This includes names of interviewers (unless publicly known figures in that context), contact details, or other non-public information.

  Illegal Activity: Content that promotes, encourages, or depicts illegal activities is forbidden.

Enforcement

FairMaze reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Violations may also lead to temporary suspension or permanent banning of user accounts. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities if illegal activities are reported or suspected.
