The Story Behind FairMaze

Hi - I'm the founder of FairMaze, and like a lot of people, I've experienced the anxiety, silence, and second-guessing that come with job searching. After nearly a year of unemployment — sending out hundreds of applications and hearing almost nothing back — I started building FairMaze.

This platform is a space for job seekers to share what actually happened after they applied — whether they heard back, got ghosted, made it to the final round, or landed the job. The idea is simple: if more of us share what we've gone through, the less confusing and isolating the process becomes.

All reviews are anonymous. There's no pressure to sugarcoat anything, and no shame in being honest. The goal isn't to vent — it's to bring transparency to a process that desperately needs it, and maybe help the next person feel a little less alone in the meantime.
